- Follow the engine through induction, disassembly, inspection, shop recommendations, assembly and pass-off test.

- Minimize unforeseen delays and consistently update you on the progress of your engine.

- Project estimates and ensure that our technical review is translated into a commercial saving for you.

- Ensure the most effective and cost efficient Service Bulletins are incorporated.

- Review the Summary and Condition Report and advise on its technical recommendations.

- Represent your interests during investigation of an engine associated with an unplanned removal.

- Did you know that you can escalate the published TBO? We can advise on your applicability for Time Between Overhaul (TBO) escalation.

- Schedule engines for repair and overhaul. Did you know that on twin engine aircraft, only one engine needs to be removed at TBO to increase the intervals of other engine(s) or aircraft in the fleet? We advise on how this may be achieved.

Line Maintenance

Periodic inspections - We review and optimize your current line maintenance program.

Fuel Nozzle intervals - We recommend the correct threshold for this inspection.

Borescope inspections - When should this be done? This type of inspection can keep your engine on wing. We advise on the appropriate action.

Compressor and turbine wash intervals - This is very important to the health and performance of your engine. We optimize these intervals to protect your investment.

Aircraft inspection intervals - We advise on maintenance actions that are compatible with airframe phase inspections.

Troubleshooting

Power Management

Engineering Services

Initial Planning - Whether your project involves a new aircraft, a feasability study or the re-engining of an existing aircraft, Leap Air Services can provide cost saving advice while maintaining the integrity of solid engineering principles.
Leap Air Services provides powerplant analysis in terms of performance needs and power required.
- Optomization in geometry of intake and exhaust.
- Systems analysis for heating, deicing and avionics.
- Engine mounting and maintenance acessability.
For existing aircraft requiring an upgrade, Leap Air Services can assess all necessary modifications to the poweplant system.
Conclusions will be submitted in electronic format compatible with computer programs utilized by our client.

Development - Involves the design and manufacture of parts associated with the decisions made from the Initial Planning. Engineering sketches and/or finished drawings we will provide. In depth analysis of loads, plant envelope and a detailed interface with all relevant aircraft systems will be supplied.

First Flight and Aftermarket - Leap Air Services will be on site for precertification testing, involving the integrity of the powerplant, to immediately address and resolve any unforeseen problems.
Since Leap Air Services also specialize in the aftermarket, we believe that our company will provide invaluable service to an aircraft that has a powerplant installation developed in conjunction with our Engineering Services.
